Kevin has an expansive design and construction background. His credentials include projects for a number of our nation’s leading institutions: the Smithsonian Museum of the American Indian, Holocaust Museum, and National Park Service (Brown vs. Board of Education Historic Site). He has a genuine passion for history and restoration and is a hands-on owner who loves old buildings, their inherent challenges, and traditional craftsmanship.

Sean has over 15 years of experience in construction management and hands-on field supervision. He is a licensed residential home builder and a general contractor, who specializes in residential restoration. He is a expert in carpentry, but is also skilled in plumbing and electrical work.
Josh Mersal
Josh is the newest member to our team and he is our construction helper. His training includes Pb (Lead Paint) safety techniques, carpentry, painting and minor repairs.
