NAHB is a trade association that helps promote the policies that make housing a national priority. Since 1942, NAHB has been serving its members, the housing industry, and the public at large.
We’ve been certified as a NAHB member since 2005.
Charleston Trident Home Builders Association
The Charleston Trident Home Builders Association is a professional association for members of the housing industry in the Lowcountry area of South Carolina, which includes Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester Counties. Builder members consist of residential contractors, remodelers, and developers. Associate members represent all professions that support the home building industry.
The Charleston Trident Home Builders Association, established in 1959, exists so that members of the residential construction industry can ethically and efficiently provide our communities with safe, quality, affordable housing and to promote home ownership. It is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders and the Home Builders Association of South Carolina.
We’ve been a certified member since 2006.
Home Builders Association of South Carolina
The Home Builders Association of South Carolina (HBASC) is a trade association for the residential construction and development industry. The Association provides a forum through which these businesses can work together to remain informed regarding new and proposed policies advanced by the local, state and federal governments that affect the housing industry.
We’ve been certified as an HBASC member since 2006.
